We source our Wild Ginger from the mountains of Papua New Guinea and New Britain, where it grows wild and is harvested by local farmers. It has a natural heat and deeper flavour that goes beyond regular ginger.
Fernet Branca is a household name in Italy, with its herbaceous bitter recipe dating back to the mid 1800's. Its wonderfully complex flavours are much loved by bartenders worldwide and add something special to this delicious pork salami.
