Beautiful
Guanciale arrived pretty quickly, although it didn't arrive cold. That's more on Auspost tho, maybe folks want to look into that. Otherwise, food was in pretty good quality (Though one of the three guanciale I bought wasn't properly cured, it still ate alright) will buy again with a caveat or two.
