With the addition of select chilli peppers, this cacciatore has a medium amount of spice that still allows the classic flavours to shine through.
Cacciatore is a smaller, dry-cured salami with coarsely cut pork that's ideal for snacking on straight from the chopping board. Many of our customers consider this to be our signature product and it's the closest to a 'home-style' salami as you'll likely find anywhere.
