A sublime mix of sweet paprika, select chillies and a touch of flavour unifying fennel, this cacciatore is nothing short of spectacular, so long as you don't mind a little sting in the tail. Buy this one to share with a friend over a bottle of wine - nothing else needed!

Cacciatore is a smaller, dry-cured salami with coarsely cut pork that's ideal for snacking straight from the chopping board. Many customers consider this to be our signature product, and it's the closest to a 'home-style' salami as you'll likely find anywhere.

This is without doubt the best cacciatore I’ve had. Hint of heat and fennel in a well fermented sausage. Perfect dryness, and not chewy, the meat used is excellent. Delicious! Bravo 👏
