Wow, this brand new recipe was such a surprise hit that we couldn't resist including it in our new Piccolo range - we hope you agree with our choice.

Sichuan 'Pepper' is actually the dried seed husks of the prickly ash tree from China. Whilst the famous mouth-numbing properties of the Sichuan don't last through the curing process, what remains is a uniquely zesty 'citrus pepper' twist that leaves your taste buds just wanting more. We've combined the Sichaun with free-range pork and a splash of Shiraz - let us know what you think!
