Black garlic is renowned for its complex layers of sweet caramelised flavours, and thankfully these shine through when infused into this pork salami! This salami is earthy and robust with a good dose of umami magic. We really hope you enjoy this one as much as we do.
The black garlic we use is specially prepared for us by Luke Croston on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. We've loved working with Luke and his team to create this unique product.
